Great list! Would you also consider including Biz360′s Community platform. It provides the same rich data as Radian6, with sentiment analysis and other coverage and share of voice metrics. It also helps zero in on the most influential posts mentioning your search topic. I think we have the easiest to use topic creation mechanism. Let me know if you want to try it out!
