Google has a history and reputation coming out with the most innovative and user friendly solutions. Google’s Gmail has been always user friendly. Now Google has launched the priority inbox to make life easier. It sorts the emails. “Priority Inbox” as they have named it, sorts’ incoming e-mail into three sections: “important and unread,” “starred,” and “everything else.”  This helps you not to skip the important mails or waste time to search for them. The important mails are prioritized. As messages come in, Gmail automatically flags some of them as important. Gmail uses a variety of signals to predict which messages are important, including the people you email most .The cherry on the cake is that you can train your priority inbox. With the + and – option you can let your inbox know which mail is to be prioritized and which mail is to be dumped.

The second half of the year is filled with pleasant surprises from Google. In addition to the priority inbox feature, Google has trimmed its privacy policy to make it an uncomplicated experience for the users. They are making the policies and the legal terms used more transparent and in simple language, understandable to the common users.

In addition to this, Google has also launched the one click account creation, not that the signing up process with Google was complicated before, but the new Open Id Flow has reduced the number of speed bumps and practically made Google account creation idiot-proof. The one click feature allows Google the access to the user’s yahoo ID to establish and authenticate user’s identity, allowing him to access Google application.

If you thought that this was all from the Google’s gift box, then wait till Christmas. It’s going to be a musical treat. Google plans to launch its Music Service on this holiday season. It’s going to be an iTunes challenger that would be deeply connected to the Android mobile operating system. “Google Music” is said be a cloud-based subscription service with the ability to stream directly to Android mobile devices.
