Social media marketing has its advantages and disadvantages and it is up to you how to turn it over wisely. The basic thing is that if any visitor finds positive response on your site, he will convey this message to 2-3 people but if he finds something negative he will tell this to 10-15 people. So the fundamental thing is to concentrate on your response and reputation.  The number gets multiplied when social media networking is talked about.
